The spare parts list depends on the model and version. Part number and compatibility are confirmed with the manufacturer by serial number — this excludes supply of an incompatible part.
Vacuum Barrier dosers contain assemblies selected for the specific model: dosing head and dosing valve, CIP protection nozzle, control system elements (PLC and touchscreen), nitrogen supply elements. For supply systems — SEMIFLEX pipe sections, CobraFlex hoses, phase separators.
Flavordose is developed and manufactured by Dose-Tec, a VBS Group company. The system uses a long-life dosing valve and Soft Dose Technology. Flavordose spare parts are selected by serial number and system generation (Flavordose or Flavordose GEN 2). Steiner Ukraine is a Dose-Tec sales partner.
The doser meters the dose weight within milliseconds: minimum dose duration is 5 to 25 ms depending on the model, accuracy ±1% to ±5% of dose weight. Valve and nozzle geometry affects these parameters, so parts are selected according to manufacturer documentation.
