Flavordose® is an industrial system that doses flavours and micro-ingredients directly into the container on the filling line: up to 90,000 containers per hour (1,500 cpm) with a dose standard deviation below 1%. Flavour is drawn from the customer's containers — IBCs — and dosed into each container. The main filling line runs with water, and the pure flavour does not contact it. One water filling line can therefore be used for several flavours without flavour carry-over between products.
